Dan Neswold – C.E.O.
With over 35 years of experience in the electrical contracting business, Dan oversees all the Titan Electric Branches in the US. Dan’s extensive background in networking of customers including, general contractors, telecommunication companies and financial service companies. This vast experience has made Dan the perfect choice as CEO to lead the Titan brand in to the future as one of the premier electrical contractors.
Dan Lombardo Jr – VP/Division Manager
Dan has more than 25 years’ experience in the electrical industry. Dan’s electrical background started while he was in the Air Force in the USAF Electrical Engineering program, and became a Master Electrician when he was 25 years old. Dan started as a superintendent, then project manager, estimator and executive. Dan is Chairman of the Board of Directors for a Veterans group called 22kill. 22kill’s mission is to reduce the 22 a day veteran suicide in the US by providing traditional, and nontraditional therapy programs for veterans and first responders.
Troy Gilbreath – Director of Operations
Troy brings 22 years in the industry, and has managed a wide variety of projects ranging up to 40 million from health care, major data centers, call centers, large commercial buildings, detailed office buildings, large industrial facilities, and entertainment venues. Troy passed his Master electrician’s license in 2006 and has been instrumental in helping to train our field personnel. Troy continues to have a great relationship with our general contractors and owners during construction process, while keeping schedule commitments and project with-in budget. Troy has successfully maintained good project teams during construction with good communication and team building skills. Troy focuses on a safety first mindset, while achieving and exceeded all expectations on the project.
David Marquez – Estimating / Project Management
David brings 28 years in the electrical industry starting in the trade with his father back in his youth. David passed his journeymen’s test in 1994 and has worked as a superintendent, then project manager, and Sr. estimator for several large firms in the DFW Mextroplex. David has been instrumental in running large projects from 5 to 35 million. David will help in estimating and project management for Titan new projects in the DFW area.
Eric Turnipseed – Service Manager
Eric has had more than 25 years in the electrical industry starting from a helper to passing his Master electricians license in 2008. Eric’s main-focus is to give the best customer service, a great install, for a great price. Eric’s strength has always been creating relationships /partnerships with his customers, while focusing on a safety first mindset to get all Titan projects finished on time and within budget.
Zac Mosley — Project Services
Zac brings 19 years in the electrical industry starting in the trade in 2000. Zac is a licensed journeyman Electrician with commercial and industry expertise. Zac has managed projects through QA/QC where he inspected quality of work and equipment installations, reviewing of drawings, submittals and specs, along with overseeing testing analysis through commissioning. Zac has managed document control along with closeout documents on multi-million dollar projects. Zac focuses on safety first, while implementing a strong work ethic and good customer relationships.
Steve Becker – Director of Safety
Steve Becker Director of Safety develops and provides technical and administrative direction on all safety and health policies and programs for Titan Electric, including developing and implementing safety training programs for all employees. Steve oversees, monitors and updates safety programs for compliance with safety and health regulations in the construction industry. He also works with senior management and project teams to insure the Titan Safety First mindset is part of our everyday culture.
Michael Mocchi – Engineering Services
Michael received a B.S. degree in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in electrical and mechanical systems from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2009. In 2016 Michael obtained his P.E. license in the state of Illinois and currently holds licenses in 4 states. Michael has over 9 years of experience in the electrical industry and has been the lead designer on various projects including retail, educational, residential, assisted living and a 1.77 million square foot commercial high rise core and shell building. Michael plays a key role in the design-build projects at Titan, taking them from schematic design to constriction documents to construction completion.
Adam Sandefur – C.F.O.
As a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and member of the Construction Financial Management Association, Adam directs all aspects of financial management, insurance, banking, bonding, and auditing for Titan. His role also includes oversight of Human Resources and Information Technology. Adam is an experienced department leader with over 15 years in the construction field.
Michal J. Nowak – VDC/BIM Department Manager
Michal has been a senior CAD detailer/ draftsman for over 3 years’ experience detailing and delivering engineering solution for major electrical commercial projects. Michal has been specializing in BIM design now for 8 years and has shown the ability to direct a team of design professionals to meet or exceed the project goals. Michal has shown to our customer’s expert technical knowledge in understanding and interpreting concepts of 3D design, modeling, and BIM coordination in the construction industry.
